Windham Mountain is known for its delicious continental cuisine and skilled presentation. Choose from a large selection of beef, chicken, seafood or pasta entrees. Vegetarian selections available. Over 14 choices available or work with our staff to customize your menu. Creative hors d'ouevers include crudités with roasted red pepper dip, cheese platter, shrimp, mini-crab cakes with lemon-thyme aioli, chicken sate on skewers with peanut dip, crispy Asian ribs, smoked duck crostini, bruschetta (grilled baguette slices) with oven dried tomato, basil and roasted garlic ricotta, vegetable spring rolls.
